Online and Print Advertising
Advertising on RaceToAnyPlace.com and in the Race Day program puts you in front of one of Western Pennsylvania's and West Virginia’s most influential audiences. A variety of event sponsorship packages include discounted online advertising rates. For those interested in advertising on the event Web site, in the program, or other opportunities, the rates are included below:
- Full page ad – program – book 5" wide X 8" tall $1,000
- Half page ad – program book 5" wide X 4" tall $500
- Online Ad Package - Skyscraper & Banner ads in frequent rotation and company logo with active link (one year package) $350
- Quarter page ad – program book 2½" wide X 2" tall $250
- Business card ad - program book actual business card $150
- Raffle Prize Donor - Donate a Prize
- Refreshment/Food – Donate refreshments
Online Production Requirements
Accepted Formats: JPEG, GIF, Flash. Others evaluated upon request.
Banner Ads
Dimensions: 468 pixels by 60 pixels
Maximum File Size: 12k GIF, 15k rich media
Minimum Font Size: Must be legible (equivalent to 7pt Arial)
Skyscraper Ads
Dimensions: 120 pixels by 600 pixels high&
Maximum File Size: 15k GIF, 20k rich media
Minimum Font Size: Must be legible (equivalent to 7pt Arial)
Restrictions
- Rapidly blinking online ads are not permitted.
- No video, pop-up or sound should expand across the screen.
- All creative submissions are subject to Race to Any Place approval. We retain the right to reject or pull any campaign for any reason (such as questionable content, broken images or links, or interference with our site or user experience).
- Due Dates: Insertion orders and creative must be received five business days prior to flight date. Creative must stay consistent throughout the duration of the flight.
- Program ad materials are due no later than February 1, 2010.
